HI my tango gives me this message when I connect..

Tango detected with error no response.
It may be a result of power failure.
check Usb cable, port reconnect the device etc.

I tried to change usb but still doesn't respond
it keep lighting red and yellow device light qt the same time

When both LEDs are on then Tango either locked itself due to PC USB port malfunction or was physically damaged and/or tampered with.

You can do the following:
Connect Tango to a working PC and let it stay On for several hours [24-48h]
This will help if it got self locked due to PC USB port malfunction.
If this doesn't help then the programmer was physically damaged and has to be sent for inspection and repair through the distributor it was acquired from.

Windows 7 needs all service packs and Microsoft security updates installed, by default it doesn't understand the standard certificate protocols used nowadays.

Как будто Tango не вычитывает файлы до конца.При этом читает до 100%

Теряете пакетов. У нас на тестових системах не обнаруживается такая проблема ни на одном ОС.

Проблемах с вашей связы никак от нас не зависят. Либо у вашего ISP чтото происходит, либо у вас локально неверно сеть работает.

стояла версия 1.127.1 , истек срок активации, жму "обновить счетчик", программа логинится, говорит, что необходимо обновить софт перед активацией. Иду в Updates - мне там выдают, что у меня актуальная версия софта. И так по кругу. Скачал с сайта 1.127 - снес всю папку на компе, поставил заново, все тоже самое, хожу по кругу, для обновления счестчика надо обновить софт, а софт "актуальный". Как исправить? Win10

Что написали неверно, логи показывает что сервер неоднократно давал вам 1.127.2 (последно 11.03.2023 20:50:18 [+2GMT].
Когда счетчик негативной при запуск надо ждат, софт сам откривает диалоги для скачивание и т.д., пока софт на актуальной счетчик не обнулится.
Кроме етого если вручнию таскали папки и файлы туда сюда, надо уверится что требование библиотеках (Visual C++ 2010) верно инсталировани (либо качат с Микрософт, либо с инсталер Танго).

The activation file has to be loaded in Tango within a week or it expires.
For you Tango it was ordered on 27.02.23.
Take a screenshot/photo of Help->Updates->View Configuration and send it to scorpiolk@gmail.com

Which I have checked USB cable changed it and also have reinstall the new software v1.127 but still doesn't work please help

Even on the very first screenshot, the diagnostics report shows no internet connection.
Either a 3rd party program on your PC is blocking Tango.exe's access to internet or there are issues with your connection to Europe on port 80 (be it local misconfiguration or something with your ISP)
