Haven't worked on this particular smart version. Checked the number, from the looks of it, either it is a very specific Japanese version or a replacement/spare Smart ECU.

It will be done when it is done.
Currently what holds it back are suppliers and production, which we have little control over and no practical ways to speed up.
This year alone there were 7 updates to Toyota vehicles in Tango, DB from 23 to 30. Which translates to dozens of new models.

Because there is hardware tie-in that is required for the new functions.

please help, long time not use Tango for job. Now im use new update, installonline.exe, done!!
counter Update 30 Day, but when update databese, always error, "failed to update database", LED on Tango Device Both ON, And need restart Software.
After that, try again, and same problem, i have 3 leptop, in same condition
Please Advice for solution

Hello,
Such an error is usually caused by bad connection between Tango and PC. Most often the USB cable is at fault or Tango's port is physically damaged. On the other hand your Tango is rather old, so there might be some physical damage issue with it.
Change the cable and try again.
Thank you sir, i have replace usb cable with new one, try on PC. But no lucky, maybe worse... I have buy software too, but tango not detected

How to fix it
Send the device for inspection/repair through the distributor you have acquired it.
