From the looks of it, the USB controller might have been overwritten by another device on your PC which damaged Tango.
Send the device for inspection/repair through the distributor you have acquired it.

thank for advice,
How is the procedure for the tango repair process at the distributor? I have asked for an address to send to the destination, but the distributor has not helped me? Or is there anyone who can help program it for me? I will pay the cost, thank you.

There is nothing to be done for your device remotely.
Devices for repair are sent to the distributor they were acquired from. We don't accept parcels from users.
Already wrote you on the mail the contact details of the distributor you have acquired your device from.
Altearnatively you can contact our Bulgarian distributors.

The error message you get means that you haven't received back the internet packets with the reset command, which means that there are issues with your internet connection (package loss). It could be a temporary issue with your ISP and the route they use for the connection, or something in your local network configuration (for example faulty/overloaded router can lose packages, especially if in Wi-Fi mode).
If available try different wired (Ethernet) connection.

Tested with two other networks, ethernet, wifi , you name it. There is no improvement. I was able reset 30 days counter once, Currently got 14 days left

Tango requires unrestricted connection on port 80. Server logs indicate that all the commands and packages were successfully sent to you.
In this regard the issue you have is local, be it connection/network gear configuration/3rd party software restricting access on your PC.
Start Tango software (it must be latest version 1.127.4), select Help->Updates->Check Updates if you get an error take a screenshot.
