I tried to program on a 2020 Landcruiser , however tango was not able to read data from immo

We haven't encountered smart ecu with this SW version yet.
What is the region you are in ?
What is the printed part number of the Smart ECU ?
If we get such we will add it in software.
 
Customer will be back after few days. I will try get as many details as I can from the car. I don't think I will able to remove the smart box and send the printed label number since this is a new car, the customer won't accept
But I think you might be able to track down smart box part number via Vin number. I can provide that.

The car has been imported from UAE
