You have interrupted the firmware update procedure.
Connect Tango, start the software and follow the update prompts.
If it gets banned again then device was also tampered with.

So, have manual update programe or pls let me know how to solve this issue ?

Checked the logs, the device has to be sent for inspection though the distributor it was acquired from.
It is either physically damaged or manipulated.

Counter of Toyota functions has always been present.
If you exceeded it, connect Tango to the servers Help->Updates->Check Updates then wait 24 hours.
Attempts to use the functions without waiting will increase the timeout.
