Transponder not detected Error

Hi all, I think my tango hardware is damaged or the antenna is disabled for some reason

When I put any chip in the antena it does not read nor detect,. It say "transponder not detected"

How to fix this issue? Is it possible to open it and check the antenna?

Tango software ver.:1.116.0
Tango firmware ver.:1.88

Verifying installation
-Directory "Tango Scorpio-LK": OK
-Repack.exe: OK
-Startup.exe: OK
-maker.chm (maker help file): OK
-main.chm (main help file): OK

Check Admin privileges
-User is Admin

Test hardware
-Driver is loaded. OK
-Test FT245 chip: test-1 OK
-Test FT245 chip: test-2 OK
-Hardware test: OK

Test Server connection
-Internet connection: OK
-Server status: OK
 
If Tango doesn't read transponders it he either been physically damaged or tampered with and has to be sent for inspection/repair through the distributor it was acquired from.
Opening/Tampering with Tango may lead to repair denial.
 
Never been opened, Its always in a soft bag,

Is it ever possible this happened because of the new update??

Now, I actually uninstalled and reinstalled, does nto seem to fix it, but

Now it can read some tranponders,likey hyundai normal 7936A etc. but cannot read any smart keys ( Toyota) , How that even possible?

Please provide me any hint, what can be done, before sending out to someone?

Why can read hyundai and nissan keys, but not toyota chip??
 
I also think this is start happening only after I add the subaru plus key licence,

Another thing is this error message, how relevan this is ? where to download this file please ?

 
Get a blank Texas carbon transponder 4D/4C/whatever and a HITAG 7936/etc.. or ID48.
Auto detect either. If one or more doesn't detect, then as written above, Tango was physically damaged or tampered with.
Nothing to do with update, software activations or whatever else.
The other error just tells you DST database for copying 4D is not installed properly.

Now I notice that my tango Asia-Toyota keymaker is totaly blocked and show following message,



I have full Toyota keymaker for years and never had an issue,

Can you please unblock the option for me, It also, hopefully fix my issue, the device not being able to detect any toyta transponder,

please, its urgent
 
First of all you are in Dump Editor mode, not key maker !
Second the issue you have has nothing to do with Tango software....
Already wrote you what to do , so suit yourself.
 
hello, I have tried to contact the dealer who is in China. Unfortunately, the person does not communicate with me.

Is there any chance I can send it to you directly ande get it fixed?

OK, it does work for 7936 and ID48, and does not work for 4D tiris chip at all,

Something must have gone wrong, I try to get a hold of the person, if not then I m really stuck, which is not good, given this is not a cheap tool

The test to see if the hardware and the antenna are good is as shown above :
