You file is bad , the size is only 128 bytes .
93LC66 have 512 bytes !
Read corect ...
Tango with Toyota maker suported you model .

Даже по фотографии видно, что микросхему надо читать в 8-ми битном режиме. Т.к. шестая ножка на массе.
