Volvo V40 Unknown Version

I have Volvo V40 that instrument cluster was removed to replace bulb, after replacement vehicle no longer start.
Here is Immo dump 93S66 from Bosch unit and also key data from only existing ID44 key.
Zed-Bull and TMPro can open, but not in Tango, I think Tango say Unknown Version because Immo has a problem.
Can anyone check and repair the Immo data please.

The dump is so strange that I will ask: are you sure it is the immo dump in the attach? May be you have placed a wrong file?

This dump cannot be repaired because of it does not contain neither crypto, nor key ID
 
May be you read eeprom in-circuit and have selected wrong mode (x8 / x16)?
Try to desolder eeprom and read on-board.
Your dump is not damaged. Your dump totally (all 512 bytes !) is incorrect.
In case something had happened, nevertheless we can observe the dump structure (area for error codes, area for keys, area for syncro.....). It may be that an area erased, but it presents. Empty area is area. But your dump doesn't have areas at all. It is abnormal situation.
 
I have re-read this EEprom desoldered from PCB.
I read many variations which all give same data that is not recognized by Tango.
Conclusion is Immo data corrupt.

Cartronic RED - only for Carisma

At 2003 must to see Bosch Immo3 blue box, near(up) to cabin fusebox.
