toyota g reset error

Had one today
toyota hilux 2011 would not reset had the following error
check the ksw signal level?????
anyone else had this and did you solve??
pulled dash out and eprom but wondered what was wrong here?

problem solved . Martin from LSC made a suggestion regarding the key unlock switch .is it connected and working (governs door chime). there was no door chime present . pulled covers off and it was disconnected. (the previous owner may of disconnected it / didn't like the chime) reconnected the plug and wella . it worked.

pulled cover off all was connected but still no door chime
inside lamp did not work with doors though
