problem with cme volvo s80 2003

i have truble with volvo s80 cme i read flash 28f400 and make transponder by tango and tango genrate new file
but after write back new file to 28f400 the car not start and the light of dashbord and interior not work all option inside car not work
i write bake original file in to 28f400 but same problem , the car not work

please can chick my file 28f400

check solder and tracks to pads i see a lot of people damage solder pads on the volvo CEM's

has to be soldering or check chip position.
