Peugeot 7341 V4 doesn't work after reset

Hello,i have reseted this Peugeot pcb it is same like in PDF but after reset i can't read it as transponder anymore.I saw that before someone else was complaining about same problem.How can we solve it?

Edit:Update same pcb is Citroen 7341 V7 and if you reset key with this version it is alive again and worked.
