PCM or ECM reprograming for Chevrolet or GM motors

Hi can anyone help me with a professional or good tool this.camn handle the ECU reprograming on Chevrolet and GM motor.
Please I need all info on it. How to reprogram another used ecu to chevrolet or GM cars above 2002 models.

TechII with tis2000 for anything 2007 and older.
Cardaq tools or GM'S MDI with GM SPS subscription for anything 2007+.
