Nissan activation and remote learning

Hello,

I need to learn remote key on Nissan CABSTAR 2013.
What chip on BCM?
Remote key is PCF7946.

If i bought Nissan activation can i learn the remote key on this car (2013 year) and remote work?

URGENT please.
 
Ok i know need to read dump from BCM.
But i don't have the Nissan activation, and i would like to know if will work (for my car model and year) before bought activation.
 
I made several cars (micra, tiida) where in the 9580 bcm, after recording the dump of the original key 7946, the buttons (remote control) start to work.
