honda pcf7941

Hi i got some keys for honda, but the transponder is identified as pcf7941 locked- manchester, does it mean is used or is locked for honda ?

it must be unlocked id 46 to programming honda

HELLO,

depends of the model, could be locked or not locked, the new models have the pcf7941 locked, and also the used ones, can be reprogramed again.
