help on mb star hdd

hello!
I have mb star c3 with hdd IDE, this hdd is adpated and configurated to be install on the laptop IBM T30, but I want to install on my laptop dell latitud d610 hdd ide.

I made clonning from the mb star hdd to my dell hdd with acronis tool, then booting with xp cd then made repair.
at the end, my laptop not boot from this hdd.


I want to know how to resolve this problem please
