H-IMMO NOT CONNECTING

Hi there. i'm trying to connect to an h-immo of toyota yaris 2012 model with lost keys.
Although the programmer tries to connect to immo, appears the serial of the immo (89780-0D050), and when it reaches 100% i get the message "Check KSW line. Unable to set connection". I have checked the cable and seems fine. Any idea of what could cause this malfunction? Any help i would appreciate!
