Hi,

I connected the wiring to the PCB as per the wiring diagram on Orange 5.

However, when I read it, it reads it as all 1C. See the picture attached.

Can anyone guide me as to what the issue is

Desolder the mcu, put to the adapter, retry.

Take a photo of the wires all the way to the MTRK socket.
Most likely you have reversed the RxT & TxD wires.
