dodge ram 5.7 immob 56040659AJ

hello guys i receive one dodge ram 5.7 to make key.
In side the immob have small eprom i try to read 24c16 give me 0000 like no information on eprom can same one have experience on this model?

bad read. clean the chip and check connections. data is there.

Dodge 2006, has been stored over 6 years.

B1A25 invalid key
B2204 ecu configuration mismatch

66M596 is written on the eeprom, i try to read as 24c16, all pins ok. ( i soldered it, so connections are ok )
I removed the eeprom, and when read, it read all ooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

When i choose 93c86, connections are not ok,
