D53j mercedes immo box

hi i have 1996 mercedes e class and need to make a remote one button flip key. i want to read mask number D53j - i read as HC05x32 or HC705x32 but cannot get it right. i read with the qfp64 board. please help.

Use adapter marked 05B/X ...QFP64
No use Read , use Skip sec ..wait , then skip ok use Read .
 
yes this is what i do , i put mcu on board QFP64 and select HC05x32 and choose skip security . i get screen VCC Level Too Low (0mV) Continue?

omega is showing vcc-5.00v. i put power adapter to orange and i still get same message.
anything else that can be wrong?

There are many answers .
- bad MCU
- bad solder to adapter
- bad adapter
- bad USB
- bad cable USB
- desroed programmer

Recomende
- test programmer whit any another motorola MCU
- only programmer (whitout any adapter) :
Options > Hardware > Test
see USB power and made some whit another USB cable
