i have new update hitag3.tango not read/transponder not detekted/

I see on different website many version of clio IV card. Some with pcf7939, some with pcf7953...

How can i know what i need to learn? Card with 7953 or 7939???

I'm using a OBD tool standalone.

is it normal i can read card using my tango.
It's card from Renault clio IV (card with 4 butons like Megane 3 with with different transponder inside).
Even using HITAG2EX

Transponder not detected

A few companies selleing standalone device. Price arround 3000 i can sell it.
But 2016+ not works anymore

Only AVDI and Zedfull can do 2016+ clio IV.
But must read MCU NEC 70f3633 from handfree modul (slot card reader).

I need lower tool than 3000€.

I read on other forum that soon finish but almost 2 year told the engineer me that he is works on this.
