Both Green and Red LEDs are solid ON and no response from the hardware.
Change the USB cable.
The main reason of the problem is power limitations of a cable.
Shortly, there are two types of USB cables.
One of them is the type that provides data transfer.
These cables not intended for power supplying.
The second type is that provides data transfer as well as power supply.
Tango derives the power from an USB port. Therefore it requires a good USB cable.
It is a good idea to use the Y-Shaped cable (Dual-Power cable).
When both LEDs are on then Tango either locked itself due to PC USB port malfunction or was physically damaged and/or tampered with.
You can do the following:
Connect Tango to a working PC and let it stay On for several hours [24-48h]
This will help if it got self locked due to PC USB port malfunction.
If this doesn't help then the programmer was physically damaged and has to be sent for inspection and repair through the distributor it was acquired from.
