Liubomir has replied to my email inquiry also with same answer, No solution with Tango as yet, Hope this system will be supported in the future.

Vehicle is in Lexus dealer workshop
They say that 89784-33020 Immobiliser ID Code Module needs to be replaced also, is that not the case? or just need to replace 89990-78171 Smart Key ECU?

Remove ID code, read EEPROM and write virgin dump back - profit
