Sorry for the late, reply, it took some time to check it out, find and verify what exactly is going on.
In short it is not a bug, this dump simply uses unsupported encryption type, hence result of parsing it through the algo gives faulty result.
The maker has several encryption variants supported, but we haven't worked on this one.

Lyubomir, I find this very strange!
I have attached 8 job folders, 7 of which have been previously processed using Tango, but now none of the dumps decrypt correctly.
I've had a colleague also test these files to check it's not my Tango device that's at fault and sees the same result as me.
So I suspect Tango software has the issue.

Yes there seems to be a problem with this maker, attached dumps which were prevoiusly working with tango.

It is being investigated, the source of the bug is unclear yet.
These makers use very old code and it is a lot to comb through.

We have found the bug of the VAG Micronas makers.
It is fixed in the upcoming update 1.125, which should land in a few days.
