Hello ALL,

We have released Tango software update v1.119. Edit: 1.119.1 - a few bugfixes, Help->Updates->Check Updates
Reminder that since version 1.116 update procedure is automatic. Provided stable and unrestricted internet connection update will initiate on Tango.exe startup.
Due to popular demand 1.119 to 1.119.1 (and likely future updates) gives notification instead of automatic initiation (Help->Updates->Check Updates), rest still remains automatic though.
Don't call any interface functions while update (this will interrupt it) is undergoing and be sure Tango installation requirements are met (mainly Visual C libraries, OS admin rights, etc.)

we're hoping next will be Mitsubishi smart system with ID47 and Hitag3/pro/etc functionality. :)
 
My tango software is constantly crashing every time I try to update it. I can not use it without updating yet it keeps crashing when I try. I have tried on both windows 7 and 10 but no luck? Any tips I can try?
 
I checked you have no problem with the server.
There is nothing to fix, you are missing the required Microsoft Visual C++ libraries (viewtopic.php?f=13&t=15975),
or the ones installed are corrupted.
Uninstall any currently installed, Visual C++ redistributables, restart PC, download C++ redistributable 2010 (both 64 & 32 bit)

Install them one after the other, then restart PC again and continue with update after it.

У меня первое окно открывается вот так - софт обновляется, ждите.....
Далее вот такеое окно Error.
Что делать?

Посмотрите если дали Tango.exe администраторской доступ к OS и что другая прога не блокирует его.
 
Программа Танго открываю с помощью Админа.
Ничего не блокирует программу Танго.
Антивируса нет в этой операционной системе.
Помогло только удаление программы и установка заново - сразу быстро без задержек прошло обновление, теперь всё работает :!:
