Tango + highlander 2023

Hi,
I have Highlander 2023 all key lost,I connect to smart system successfully but when I try to read data I get error cvn not found.
Please advise and help.

There is no such firmware version in Toyota+ 9.7

Then this particular Highlander is equipped with the older smart system type and we haven't encountered its firmware yet.

You can see immo system part number on attachment it’s 8A type

It would better if you take a picture of the smartbox with the PartNo
