Lexus keyless card

Hello guys,

2021+ NX450h AZ20

I have been asked, to program a credit card shaped keyless key.

They claim, it was ordered by vin. But did not want to register.

I read out the oem present keyless key. And the card.

P4: 00 00 B9 B9 oem key 8990H-48180
P4: 11 00 BA BA new card

I was not able, to rewrite, p4.
Is there a way, to change any data, to make the key suited?
Or is this never possible?

No. Different systems software and hardware.
