LAPTOP SHUTS DOWN DURING UPDATE

I am updating my devic and laptop suddenly shut down now LED is flashing and tango is not responding
Showing tango in devic manager but when I open software it says tango not detected
When I start diagnose it says FT245 not programmed
Any solution please
 
The device you are registered with last connected on 19.10.2025 14:18:09 and didn't have update to make.
Go to Help->Test Tango-> Start Diagnostic, save to log file and send it to scorpiolk@gmail.com
 
Thanks it's was not that devic which I registered it's another device of mine but issue is resolved leave for 10 minutes and change USB cable then open software tango gone in boot mode then update done and all ok now

Generally letting Tango stay connected on a laptop that goes to sleep mode is bad idea.
What is the status of the two LEDs ?
If both are ON disconnect Tango, reconnect to a working PC and let it stay ON for 24-48h.
