i need help on tango SLK-08 error

i was trying to add smart key of toyota rav4 2021 but was not able to add because of this error

SLK-08 update ver. 3:
To update the emulator, connect it via USB, then in Tango.exe select:
Transponder Type->Emulators->Emulator Type SLK-08->USB->Check updates
