2003 Isuzu Rodeo Corrupt immo Dump

Hi All, is there anyways to repair this dump please, I read 93lc46b out of circuit with Orange, and tango doesnt recognise it, i can see the dump is corrupt, i got pin code from dealer, they said it was 0450 but that didnt work when i tried via obd it said all 5 keys used and incorrect pin, and i am the second or third locksmith to work on this car. Ive done quite a few of these via eeprom and never had this problem.
Immo Box is Delphi 8972447590 and i attached the dump

Would it be possible to get a used ecu and immo box and edit the vin in both dumps to match this vin? Does anyone know if that would work? I have no idea what to do next with this car, it belongs to an old man and I feel really bad for him, it seems like the previous locksmith might have flashed it and scrambled the dump, please help, thank you
 
So I tried fixing the dump myself, I wrote a couple keys in the correct location and put the pin code and vin in there, tango finally recognized my new dump so I wrote 2 keys for it, but car still won't start, I then hooked up my MVP and was able to communicate and erase keys and add new key with the pin I entered but car still won't start, I feel I'm getting somewhere with this but just need a little insight from someone who has been through this, any help would be much appreciated, here is some more info on the car:

Service no : 12214419
I will attach my new dump and ECU HC11 dump also
ECU dump looks bad to me as well, but im not sure.

Does anyone have a good ecu dump and a immo dump from the same car, so that I can compare mine and see where I went wrong? I haven't gotten any responses, should I send this guy to the dealer? Or is there a way to fix it? Please any info would be very helpful and much appreciated, thank you.
