Hello,
If download starts and then nothing happens most likely you are missing the needed Microsoft libraries.
In such case you can open this folder C:\Scorpio-LK\Tango\Temp, you will find the newly downloaded Tango.exe there.
You can just move it to C:\Scorpio-LK\Tango.
If this solves it then you are missing the required libraries, which are part of the latest Tango setup file, so you can use it to reinstall the software : https://scorpio-lk.com/downloads-tango.html
If you get a time-out or other error (take screenshot).
