Hello ALL,

We have released Tango software update V1.130, Toyota+ V10.1 & SLK-08 V3.

Tango ver. 1.130:
  • Tentative support for universal emulator LKP-06.
LKP-06 covers ID11/12/13, HITAG2, HITAG2+EE, HITAG Ext., HITAG3, Megamos 48 & AES, Temic 8C, Texas DST 4C/4E/4D/AES.​
We are in the process of verification and addition of each mode it covers in the appropriate makers and functions.​
With that said first thing added for public use is cloning Toyota smart keys with Page1 A8/88, as some users made such a request a while ago.​
  • Bug Fixes
  • Optimization to Auto-detect

Toyota+ ver. 10.1:
  • Improved detection algorithms
  • Added new types of systems
To download new Toyota+, select in Tango.exe Help->Updates->Check Updates.

SLK-08 update ver. 3:
To update the emulator, connect it via USB, then in Tango.exe select:
Transponder Type->Emulators->Emulator Type SLK-08->USB->Check updates

Note -28.07.2025 - Released 1.130.3 - bugfixes for multiple functions.
To initiate the update Help->Check Updates.

So, basically the LKP-06 is the non-battery version of SLK-08 in term of features.
How soon will distributors have LKP-06 for sale and pricing different vs LKP-04? (2x higher than LKP-04?)

No, LKP-06 is a regular transponder (carbon) it can't do the things SLK-08 does.
As far as smart systems are concerned you can only use it to start the vehicle, not perform AKL or other operations.

Как было с LKP-02 и 04, основной распространитель наш дилер в Китай (LKP), у них есть связь с остальные дилеров, когда договорятся будет везде.

will cloning (NXP) HITAG AES smart keys be made possible on LKP-06 just like how (Texas Instruments) DST smart keys can be clone to LKP-02/4/6? Toyota/Denso used to use only Texas Instruments chip before (at least in USA market) but lately they have been using more and more NXP chips.

Thank you for adding - cloning DST AA/BA to LKP-04!

I can force clone A8/88 to LKP-04 (using LKP-06 selection) after 2nd try but have no vehicle to test because it gave error on 1st try, still waiting for LKP-06 to be out on the market

Still cannot using SLK-08 (1.130/V10.1/V3) to turn on the vehicle for AKL P1:98, have to use Legacy mode with SLK-02, no big deal 😂

Great.. although it's a bit late for Tango to adopt this kind of universal chip it still better than not having it at all. I hope this update only the first step of a big transformation that will keep Tango relevant in the world of key programming.

So far Tango has proved itself as a reliable tool for bench work, as a transponder programmer, but I do hope in the future this capability will expand to not only capable of doing the eeprom work but also can handle OBD operation on other brands aside from Toyota + Subaru like Autel does. I still have faith that Tango can do it.

Agreed. We want to see more updates for other brands, not only toyota, as many tools can do it, it is too common

I can do turn on Vehicle for AKL P1:39 (8A) using SLK08 without issue for offline mode
 
После обновления перестали копироваться чипы. Иконка копирования не появляется .
 
привет всем, вчера готовил чип для каролы id67, чип LKP-02, прибор подготовил хотел проверить но определяет не правильна RF430 пишет прибор..... но чип правильно подготовил прибор на авто прописался

Такое не обнаруживаем, может перепутать LKP-02 и TPX2 после генерация или если связь плохая определит один раз как DST+, но не нашли транспондер LKP-02 которой будет видет как RF430. :

Планируете исправить копирование чипов или оно теперь только по подписке?
 
I tested the 2023 Toyota Yaris again, which I was previously unable to register with Ver10.0.

Tango ver. 1.130
Toyota+ ver. 10.1
SLK-08 sw ver. 3

Vehicle: Toyota 2023 Yaris (Japanese market) Hitag AES BA type.

The vehicle was turned on, but then I was unable to pass the registered key confirmation on the SLK-08 and it timed out.

It was the same no matter how many times I tried.

The smart key shown in the video is a used smart key that has already been registered to another car.
