Check HD C:\ , need more than 8Gbt of free space !
Start SetupDST40.exe
Wait ... if all is ok this exe makes new folder with name TangoFiles (C:\TangoFiles\DST40) .
Inside this folder 1025 files dat .
Check the table after installation: run Tango.exe, Options -> Check DST40 table
