Tango Vag Editor does not work

I have purchased subscription for My Tango just to use the function Volvo cem sync( which worked beautifully. well done Tango!) and Vag EDC17 AND MED17,

I am extremely disappointed that this function Vag editor FAILS. Tango VAG editor is unable to decode the data. Attached are my dumps. Am I doing something wrong or is the editor limited for VAG MED17?. The car I am working on is a VW polo 2017MY. It is not possible for me to upload the FLASH as the file is too large. Attached is EEprom

Currently supported MED17 are based on TC1796, TC1797 & TC1766 MCUs, your is TC1782.
We will look into adding such type for the next update.
