Checked Citroen V4 in current version of software and DB, there are no issues with it.
1. What is the DB version in Barracuda Manager tab for your device ?
2. If Barracuda was damaged and/or tampered with it won't reset any keys.
3. Particular key you have is damaged.

This sorts it out, DB version is obsolete, current is 11.
Manager->Update Barracuda Online
