replace 95020 with 24c02 will it work???

Hello Guys

Need some clarification, I have destroyed a 95020 eeprom, is it possible to use a 24C02 in its place?

Thank you so much for at least responding to this thread, Proving to be a bit difficult to locate a 95020 in my part of the world. It will mean having to wait for few weeks before I can obtain it.
