This is the 2020 iteration of 128bit Toyota immo, which is quite different from H-Immo to date, at present moment there is no solution for it.

Not posible,you need to use dealer tool and online acces,if we talking about latest RAV4.And this is info for European market idon't know how it is in USA.

My apologies to Hijack this thread. It’s been 2 years later is it possible for tango to do AKL solution on this type vehicle now.
It would have been nice if OP could have posted what was the final outcome/solution regarding this vehicle.
