please help tango not working

Hello my friends...... I have a tango device that suddenly didn't work without any incidents. It has lit 2 lights upon connection... I downloaded the program on a new device without any benefit .... I reached the device and left it for 72 hours and it did not work, what is the solution in that, please help me

You have to, probably, send your device to the seller and he will repair it or organise the repair of it.

When both LEDs are on then Tango either locked itself due to PC USB port malfunction or was physically damaged and/or tampered with.

You can do the following:
Connect Tango to a working PC and let it stay On for several hours [24-48h]
This will help if it got self locked due to PC USB port malfunction.
If this doesn't help then the programmer was physically damaged and has to be sent for inspection and repair through the distributor it was acquired from.
