Pin 123 -GND Pin - 6 OCS pin 17rst .... check info in your ORANGE for conection

You are very confused. Its a different processor. Different number of legs, and different package.
Yours is PLCC68, like bujar2 posted. Picture you posted is QFP80.

And if you must post pictures, try a bit harder. fingers out of the way, and dark background so we can count the number of legs easily.

you should connect OCS from omega to MCU pin 5 or 6 i dont remember

finally , i read the mcu , i got reversed soldering of pin 28/29 . anyhow please help me to disable IMMO'
