Error 21

When I check for updates on my Orange 5, I receive ERROR 21. What is this error referring to?

It means it couldn't connect to the servers.
Either there was issue with your internet connection, or the program's access to internet is blocked/restricted.

I tried to install the program on another computer - the situation was similar.
I tried to enable orange5 Internet access in the firewall, to no avail.

No other options, if you get this error it means that the software doesn't reach Orange-5 update server.

Until February 5, 2024, the orange5 programmer v.1.40 worked perfectly, when I connect the programmer it says “File download HPL error,” after which I deleted the program and reinstalled the program v.1.36 again, but the program does not want to update to v.1.40, it says “error 21.”
There are no such problems with the Tango programmer, but with Orange5 why are there such problems, do the programs have different servers?
