In any option the same, it does not allow to renew key

Take a screen shot of the error.
In general either your connections are incorrrect/chip is damaged or you have burnt the PCF adapter (if similar error appears on any key/chip).

I have same issue with some keys, not all, but some.

If the error is in the main PCF adapter and/or Barracuda, it will be persistent on all chips/keys, not just on some.
If it appears on some keys then usually it is due to bad/unstable connection (soldering wires - SDA/SCL, is generally preferred), or the particular chip is damaged.

Got the PCF Adapter from MK3.com
Everything works now, I can now reset normally.
The old adapter would do some, and even some that it will do, will do it on the 2nd or 3rd try. All fixed using new adapter, just FYI.
