Good day sir,i have problem with my barracuda,after 30days counter expired,i couldn't update it online saying no response from server,it may be a result of bad routing and i have tried it on different computers,still the same thing,Please help me to solve it.

Server logs indicate hardware error on 25.07.2022.
Device was either physically damaged or tampered with and has to be sent for inspection through the distributor it was acquired from.
