Hello, Depends on smart actual firmware version. With that said, going only by the smart part number, it should do it.

The error you get points out to a faulty PCF chip/bad connection, rather than an issue with the device itself. Anyway the device can be sent for inspection and if needed repair though the distributor it was acquired from.

Nothing to look at. Tango simply denies you to write emulators with your original dump, because both keys in it have issues. You could have used 4D and overwrite a position with new key data and Tango would have fixed it for you.
